Morio Ikeda, former president and chief executive officer of Shiseido, died from kidney cancer yesterday, according to Shiseido. He was 76. Ikeda served as president of Shiseido from 2001 to 2005. He began his career at Shiseido in 1961. He was named executive vice president of the company in June 2000, becoming president and CEO in June 2001.
